Mr. Alexander holds a Juris Doctorate degree and Master’s degree in Human Relations with a dual emphasis in counseling and management. He has spent the last several years as a trial attorney and has represented claimants throughout the United States. Recognized as preeminent in the field of law, Mr. Alexander received the highest peer review rating that a lawyer can achieve for ethical standards and legal ability (AV).

Beginning in 2004, Mr. Alexander was appointed by a Federal Judge to serve as a lead negotiator in the resolution of diet drug claims. In that capacity, he negotiated approximately 3 billion dollars in settlements involving nearly 100,000 claims.

Early in his legal career Mr. Alexander represented some of Nebraska and Iowa’s largest home builders. He also worked as counsel for and had an interest in several projects of an architectural and engineering firm. Ultimately, Mr. Alexander elected to focus on work in the field of Product Liability.

After a successful career as a trial attorney, Mr. Alexander has decided to turn his interests to local area development and is looking forward to working in Texas-and no longer spending days on end in hotel rooms in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and other cities far from home
